My name is Keana Dawkins and I'm a newly Licensed Massage Therapist. I graduated from Spartanburg Community College after completing the Massage Therapy Program. I have also studied Anatomy and Biology courses to have a better understanding of the body. My highly diverse skill set in massage includes Swedish massage, pregnancy massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, cupping, and scraping. My specialty includes relaxation and expecting mothers. I plan to further my education to expand my selection.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
