I graduated from Spa Tech in 2020 and immediately started working as a sports massage therapist. I had known since my sophomore year in high school that I wanted to work in the massage therapy field. Suffering through a knee injury and some back pain which were both treated and alleviated with massage, made me sure that I wanted to help other people deal with their everyday stress, aches, pains and injuries the same way I did. Massage has the power to change your day or your life in some cases and I feel grateful everyday to be a part of that no matter how big or small a difference it makes. Taking a forced break from massage during the pandemic reassured me that this was my passion, I just wasn’t as happy without it! When I’m not doing what I love as a therapist, I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, singing at my local church, and my family. I see each day as a new opportunity to learn and grow. I look forward to helping all the people I am fortunate enough to come across find a better sense of balance and peace of mind than I found them with.

Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles. Muscle groups related to the sport or exercise you participate in will receive more focus work.
