I graduated from Spa Tech in 2020 and immediately started working as a sports massage therapist. I had known since my sophomore year in high school that I wanted to work in the massage therapy field. Suffering through a knee injury and some back pain which were both treated and alleviated with massage, made me sure that I wanted to help other people deal with their everyday stress, aches, pains and injuries the same way I did. Massage has the power to change your day or your life in some cases and I feel grateful everyday to be a part of that no matter how big or small a difference it makes. Taking a forced break from massage during the pandemic reassured me that this was my passion, I just wasnt as happy without it! When Im not doing what I love as a therapist, I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, singing at my local church, and my family. I see each day as a new opportunity to learn and grow. I look forward to helping all the people I am fortunate enough to come across find a better sense of balance and peace of mind than I found them with.
Therapeutic Touch is a light massage technique that helps realign your body's natural energy flows.
