Sarah brings over 20 years of massage therapy experience to the Deep Rooted team. She graduated from Centennial College with an Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma in 2005. Sarah is an evidence-informed practitioner with a wide variety of experience in rehabilitation, injury management, pre- and post-natal massage, sports massage, and maintenance of soft tissues. She believes in working collaboratively with patients to create personalized treatment plans in order for you to receive the most individualized and focused care.
