Carley began her journey at South Langley Massage Therapy (now Belmont Massage Therapy) in 2016. In July of 2024 her and her husband Blaire Joseph who is also an RMT at the clinic decided to purchase the clinic! She is a graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy, where she received extensive training and proficiency in treating a variety of conditions. With experience treating a wide demographic of patients, Carley helps everyone from young athletes to senior citizens improve mobility, increase mental awareness, and reduce pain. Growing up in an athletic environment and playing competitive sports, Carley faced her fair share of injuries. Seeking a natural remedy, she turned to massage therapy and experienced its positive effects firsthand. This led her to pursue a career as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Having worked in both spa and clinical settings, Carley has mastered many modalities for both relaxation and therapeutic massage. She believes in incorporating both approaches to achieve optimal health. Her science-based approach and willingness to listen to her patients’ needs have earned her a reputation as an exceptional therapist. Carley firmly believes that massage therapy shouldn’t be painful to be effective. Her treatment techniques include Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active/passive stretching, joint mobilization, and Swedish massage. On weekends, Carley enjoys spending time with family and friends, often with her niece and nephew, her labradoodle Wexley, or exploring the world with her husband Blaire, who is also a massage therapist at the clinic. Carley’s focus is always on you and ensuring we reach your optimal health! She is available at the clinic Tuesday to Friday. If you are an existing patient and looking to book, please email or text Carley. New patients can reach her directly at [email protected]. Carley direct bills PBC, Telus Health, Medavie, and Provider Connect (Equitable and Green Shield). She does not take on ICBC and WCB patients.
