Kristen graduated from Kikkawa College in 1996 and is an active member of the Registered Massage Therapy Association and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. With over 25 years of massage therapy clinical experience she has developed a strong intuitive skill set in addition to an extensive knowledge of the human body. In the past 2 decades Kristen has received certification in Reiki, Reflexology, labour support and delivery, lymphatic drainage, Myofascial release and hot stone massage. Her pursuits also include completing a 200hr yoga teacher training, an in-depth course in Aromatherapy and Bach Flower remedies and certification in Cupping. She is a firm believer in the mind /body connection and recognizes the impact that both stress and tension have on our systems. Her love for serving the community through health care inspires her to strive to continually expand her awareness of complementary medicine, nutrition and alternative therapies as a means to promote natural healing and wellness in the body
