I have experience with Manual lymphatic drainage and have worked with lymphedema clients and lymphatic drainage for post-op in cosmetic surgery. I enjoy working with people and helping clients achieve their wellness goals. As a Medical Massage Practitioner I have found love for myofascial release and the benefits it has on the body to help create a less invasive approach with massage. I special in therapeutic massage with techniques like Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lymphatic Drainage, Medical massage, Craniosacral, cupping , and Prenatal.
Massage
Therapeutic Massage incorporates a variety of massage styles including Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, etc., with the massage therapist tailoring the sessions to the needs of the patient.
Lymphatic Drainage
Unlike traditional massage, lymphatic drainage massage uses light to medium pressure to mobilize the lymphatic system, which lies directly beneath the skin. There is a specific sequence to drain the main lymph nodes and move fluid throughout the body.
