Tanya values education, empowerment, and creating a safe space for patients to reconnect with their bodies, no matter what they’re going through. Outside of work, Tanya enjoys all that BC has to offer — being active outdoors, reading, and spending time with her dog. She’s a sucker for a good pun and loves random facts, especially about the human body. Tanya also volunteers with a local dog rescue & advocacy group, where she met her first foster dog, Marvin. He had degenerative myelopathy, the canine form of ALS, and since his passing in 2022, Marvin has remained at the heart of her fundraising efforts.
