CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS---My passion for massage therapy grew from my background in ballet and the experience of recovering from a severe injury that affected my dancing. That journey sparked my interest in movement, healing, and the body’s incredible ability to recover. I graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in November 2023. I am dedicated in helping clients recover from musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain and improving overall wellness. I tailor each treatment to meet individual needs, drawing from techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, muscle energy, deep and soft tissue work, neuromuscular techniques, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), and facilitated stretching. I’m currently working toward my Manual Lymphatic Drainage certification to further support clients in their recovery. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll often find me hiking, kayaking, biking, crocheting, creating art, dancing, or practicing yoga.
