#210 - 138 E. 13th St., North Vancouver, BC, V7L 0E5
Laura, originally from Edmonton, earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Before that, she completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Oregon State University, where she was a member of the Varsity rowing team. She became interested in physiotherapy throughout her time as an athlete struggling with injuries of her own. Laura takes a comprehensive approach to treatment, identifying not only primary impairments but also underlying issues to provide the most effective interventions and prevent re-injury. She emphasizes a collaborative, goal-oriented approach, tailoring each treatment plan to help patients return to their prior level of function or sport performance. Her practice integrates hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, functional exercise programs, and patient education to promote long-term success. In addition to her general physiotherapy expertise, Laura has pursued specialized training in women’s health, including courses focused on pelvic floor rehabilitation. Outside the clinic, Laura stays active through running, weight training, hiking with her dog and a variety of sports, including golf, beach volleyball and snowboarding.
