My journey as a massage therapist began to satisfy my curiosity in the human body and it's amazing capabilities. In November 2015, I was stronger than I had ever been before, working in Wisconsin as a professional artisan goat-cheesemaker and competing in the NYC marathon. The weekend following the marathon, I moved west to Denver and in the beginning of 2016 I attended the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy- the only accelerated massage therapy licensing program of it's kind. My continuing education in Ashiatsu- deep tissue massage performed with the feet- has allowed me to further my practice and bring relief to a wide variety of clients including, but not limited to: elite distance trail runners, first time 5K runners, those recovering from injuries, those suffering from chronic tension, and those getting their first massage. My practice in massage therapy has not only proven to me the unlimited potential of the human body, but also the greatest satisfaction of making people feel their best.

*Gratuity is included in price, and a cash discount is available for return clients.* Ashiatsu is a modality derived from Eastern traditions over thousands of years which the therapist uses the feet to deliver a non-invasive, deep-tissue massage. Utilizing the therapist's body weight allows for long, broad strokes into the lymph, fascia, and muscle tissue, decreasing tension and adhesions, increasing lymph circulation and bodily awareness all while putting you into a deep state of relaxation.
