I am a fully licensed Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with two years of training.I bring a unique blend of passion and knowledge to each session. My education, which began at Mount Royal University, has provided me with a broad academic foundation that enriches my approach to wellness. Now, as a licensed professional, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being through personalized massage therapy. My motivation and commitment are centerd on enhancing my clients’ health and well-being. I believe in fostering a deep connection between my clients and their bodies, aiding in long-term healing and comfort. This philosophy is rooted in my personal journey through dance, where I encountered various injuries that introduced me to the transformative power of manual therapy. Outside the therapy room, my life is filled with activities that keep me connected to the natural world and my body. Whether I’m practicing yoga, rock climbing, hiking, or engaging in dance, each experience enriches my understanding of movement and wellness.
