Natasha completed her Bachelor of Science, Honours degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University (2015). She then went on to complete her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa (2017). Natasha is a published author in the Journal of Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy with her research focusing on Diastasis Recti Abdominis. She was a speaker at the Canadian Physiotherapy Association National Congress in 2018 for her research in biomechanics. Natasha has a core interest in orthopaedics as well as concussion and vestibular rehabilitation. She focuses on a client-centered approach, and applies evidence-based practice to maximize treatment potential. Natasha has completed the following post-graduate courses: Functional Dry Needling (KinetaCore Level I) Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Lumbar Spine (McKenzie Part A) K-Taping Pro Soft Tissue Release (Level I) Manual Therapy Level 1- CPA Orthopaedic Division Manual Therapy Level 2 Lower Quadrant - CPA Orthopaedic Division Concussion Management Certificate Vestibular Rehabilitation in the treatment of BPPV with uOttawa Chronic Pain Management Certificate Natasha is also currently working towards a diploma in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy. She has a passion for health and wellness and strives to use her knowledge to help others reach their health goals. Fluently bilingual in French and English, she is happy to provide care in either language. In her spare time, Natasha enjoys running, bouldering and camping.
