Nathan is a Physiotherapist with a strong background in athletics, strength training, and movement-based rehabilitation. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (BScKin) with Distinction (2023), followed by his Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) with Distinction in 2026. Nathan has been involved in sport his entire life, competing in varsity and club basketball and badminton, and continuing to stay active through running, lifting, golf, and snowboarding. He has completed both a half marathon and a full marathon, further deepening his appreciation for endurance training and running-related injuries. Through years of training and competition, Nathan has personally rehabilitated multiple injuries including ankle sprains, shin splints, and rotator cuff injuries, giving him firsthand insight into the physical and mental challenges of recovery. He also brings coaching experience as a basketball skills coach and trainer, working closely with athletes on performance, movement efficiency, and injury prevention. Clinically, Nathan enjoys treating sports injuries, post-operative conditions, chronic pain, and return-to-sport cases, while also having significant experience working with older adults. His treatment approach emphasizes progressive strength and conditioning-based rehab, education, and individualized programming to help patients build confidence in their movement. Nathan believes rehab should feel collaborative, supportive, and motivating. His goal is for patients to feel welcomed, understood, and confident in their plan - whether they are returning to competitive sport, improving daily function, or simply moving without pain.

For new patients or current patients with a new injury that will require a thorough assessment.
