Wellness in Motion Boston
1 Seaport Ln, Boston, MA, 02210-2013
I come to massage through a lifelong love of sports, play, and movement. I believe that finding joy in a movement practice is an essential part of a fulfilling life, and massage can be an important tool in that process. As a graduate of The Massage School in Boston, I have experience in Swedish massage, Thai yoga massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and deep tissue techniques. I treat each client’s unique preferences and interests as my highest priority in my work, and I strive to tailor each session to meet whatever the need is for that given day. Beyond just massaging muscles, I’m excited to share massage with clients as a way to engage the nervous system and the broader mind-body connection. By building a deeper understanding of our bodies, we can better recover from injury and strain, and stay involved in the activities that make us happy In my free time I can be found rock climbing, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, practicing yoga, dancing, and just generally trying to find that intersection between fun and hard.
