Happy Bones Osteopathy & Wellness Clinic

16600 Bayview Ave, Suite 306, Newmarket, ON, L3X 1Z9

Hi! I’m Kaylene. After a decade as a manual osteopath, I’ve shifted my practice to focus more on teaching patients to actively engage versus receiving table treatments. This means I combine osteopathy with strength training to create dynamic, personalized programs that not only move you away from pain faster but help you take back control over your body and its capabilities. I have been an athlete all of my life starting out as a dancer & yoga instructor. Through my early career (to present day), I personally have experienced the frustrating, helpless and painful feeling set backs like throwing your back out or hurting your shoulder can cause. With a keen fascination of the human body and its capabilities- I discovered osteopathy. Now, as someone who has fallen in love with CrossFit, this hands-on experience enriches my practice and deepens my understanding of physical health, allowing me to guide my patients with not just knowledge but also empathy and firsthand insights. I’ve worked with over 800 people coming from all walks of life. I truly believe that with the knowledge and experience I have to offer, we can work together to get you out of pain, feeling confident and getting back to all the activities you enjoy. If you’re ready to try a new approach to achieving your goals and getting results- you’ve come to the right place!
