My name is Brooke Smith, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphatic Specialist. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I earned my Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology, which gave me a strong understanding of how the body moves, functions, and recovers. I use this knowledge to create customized massage sessions tailored to each clients specific needs. My goal is to treat every client as an individual, not a routine. This customized massage combines Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques to create a session tailored specifically to your bodys needs. Pressure can range from light to firm, and each session is designed to focus on areas of tension, pain, or stress while still allowing time for overall relaxation.
