Hello, my name is Teresa, I graduated from Fortis Institute of Pensacola. I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Sports, and Orthopedic Massage. I have lived in Navarre since 2017 and while I have a strong background working in the medical field as a CCMA my original passion was always for Massage Therapy. I believe firmly in the healing power of human touch and made the decision to return to school and learn how I can better touch the lives of those around me. I am passionate about Swedish, Orthopedic, and Deep Tissue Massage while incorporating cupping therapy to maximize benefits of each session. I look forward to growing and building upon the knowledge I posses as a LMT.
