I am a registered acupuncturist and massage therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience. I work with people whose bodies feel tight, tired, overwhelmed or stuck in patterns of tension and pain. This often comes from long-term overwork, stress, health challenges, overstimulation, or emotional strain. My treatments blend acupuncture, therapeutic massage and nervous system care to support both physical and emotional needs. My work can be light and calming or deep and focused, depending on what you need that day. For acupuncture, I use extra-thin needles for comfort and offer low-needle introductions for those who feel unsure or nervous about trying it. I provide massage for ages 5 and up, and acupuncture for ages 15 and over. I am known for my warm, engaged approach and deeply customized sessions where patients feel heard, supported, and cared for. Each treatment is thoughtfully personalized to help people feel more at ease and at home in their own bodies. I frequently treat stress and neuropathy-related symptoms that show up throughout the body. This often results in body discomforts such as headaches, jaw and TMJ issues and chronic tension and pain in the neck, shoulders, back, hips and legs. Sometimes they show up mental and emotional overwhelm or fatigue. For others, it’s both. I especially enjoy supporting people through difficulties in their lives, when the body and nervous system needs extra care and attention, along with people working on longterm and committed health goals.

ADULT - General 90 Min Acupuncture Assessment

Choose this if this is your first treatment with Jocelyn and you would like to explore Acupuncture through a Traditional Chinese Medicine approach. In TCM, we look at the body as a whole and the underlying patterns that may be affecting how you feel. Pain may be part of the treatment, but the focus is on overall balance, nervous system regulation, and internal health. This is ideal when symptoms feel more complex, or when stress, sleep, digestion, fatigue, or other patterns are involved.
