Alisha is a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist who holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University. Growing up as a competitive gymnast and volleyball player, she developed a deep appreciation for Physiotherapy from a young age. This early interest blossomed into a focus on women’s health, leading her to complete her full pelvic health certification to help those experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction. Alisha provides Pelvic Health Physiotherapy for all genders including male pelvic health. In her practice, Alisha centers her approach around empowering her patients, using a holistic, whole-person approach to help them achieve their meaningful goals. Most recently, she further expanded her skill set by earning her certification in lymphedema therapy, becoming a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. This certification enhances her ability to provide specialized care, including manual lymphatic drainage, to support musculoskeletal and pelvic health. Outside of her work, Alisha enjoys staying active with her spouse and dog, Remy. She loves to explore new food spots, travel, and unwind with a good book.
