Wisdom Physiotherapy

41 Hampden Road, Nedlands, WA, 6009

Originally from Geelong and having grown up in Albany, I moved to Perth to complete my studies and now call it home. I hold a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Physiology), a Master of Exercise Physiology, and a Master of Physiotherapy. Before becoming a physiotherapist, I worked as an exercise physiologist with a strong focus on post-surgical rehabilitation and workplace injuries. This experience gave me a deep understanding of exercise prescription and how to tailor rehabilitation programs to suit each individual. My treatment approach combines hands-on physiotherapy, targeted exercise and clear education to help you understand your injury and recover with confidence. I focus on identifying the root cause of the problem and creating practical treatment plans that help you return to the activities that matter most to you. I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds — whether you’re recovering from surgery, returning to sport, managing a persistent injury, or simply wanting to move better and stay active. Areas of Interest: Back pain Shoulder injuries Neck pain Knee injuries Chronic pain Ankle injuries Post-surgical rehabilitation Functional and goal-based training Clinical Pilates
