As a practitioner of Chinese and East Asian medicine, I aim to create space in the treatment room that allows each individual to reconnect with their own body and well being. During treatment, I combine acupuncture, body work and herbal prescription to address various ailments from musculoskeletal aches and chronic pains to internal health and immunity. My special areas of interest include headaches and migraines, digestive, sleep, and menstrual irregularities. I believe it is important to spread awareness and education about the broad range of benefits that traditional medicines have to offer in a modern context.
