Ashley is a graduate of Queen’s University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Originally from Montreal, she also holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, with a specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Concordia University. She has extensive experience in orthopaedic, sports injury, neurological, and concussion rehabilitation. Ashley enjoys working with individuals of all ages and is dedicated to helping them be pain-free. She promotes active recovery through individualized sessions with her patients, providing therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy, dry needling, and self-management strategies to maximize patient success. Ashley is multilingual, offering services in English, French, and Vietnamese. Beyond her practice, she enjoys spending time with her pet rabbit and stays active through hiking, cross-country skiing, and playing tennis.
