Tessa graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters in Physical Therapy after completing a BSc in Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley. As a student in her undergraduate, she was a member of the Women’s Varsity basketball team at UFV where she found a love for fitness, training and learned the importance of having a good health practitioner in your corner. Tessa uses a patient-centered approach to her treatments, by getting to know her patients and what their goals are. She uses education, manual therapy and exercise to meet their individual needs and help them get back to doing what they love. When she’s not in the clinic, Tessa spends her time mountain biking and trail running in the River Valley or sneaking off to the mountains for a hike and camping.
