She is also trained in the world-renowned Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage , supporting clients with swelling, pre-surgery preparation, post-surgical recovery, inflammation, lymphatic congestion, injury, and more. Lymphatic massage also helps to deeply relax the body , offering gentle, restorative support for overall wellbeing. Additionally, Amanda is certified in myofascial cupping, IASTM, Rapid NFR (Specialist), post-concussion syndrome management, and relaxation techniques. Her treatments blend skilled hands-on work with education, movement, and usually a little laughter. Outside the clinic, Amanda enjoys martial arts, hiking and paddle-boarding adventures, camping, and spending time with her family.
