Sherry is a registered physiotherapist with a background in both physiotherapy and nursing, allowing her to take a holistic and patient-centered approach to care. She completed her MSc in Physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam University in England in 2019 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with a minor in Psychology, from Toronto Metropolitan University. Her treatment approach combines neurofunctional assessment, medical acupuncture, dry needling, cupping, taping, shockwave therapy, soft tissue techniques, exercise prescription, and education to provide individualized care tailored to each patient’s needs and goals. Sherry has a strong clinical interest in pelvic health, including pelvic floor rehabilitation, as well as prenatal and postnatal care. She also enjoys working with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and chronic pain, supporting patients through recovery in a way that is both effective and empowering. She is committed to creating a comfortable and supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and confident throughout their rehabilitation process. Outside of work, Sherry enjoys staying active through yoga and dance, spending time in nature, and being with family.
