Allison Palomaki, Licensed Acupuncturist, Board Certified. Allison graduated from Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (now Texas Health and Science University) in Austin in 2012. She is a licensed acupuncturist by the state of Texas and nationally certified (NCCAOM). Allison worked at a community acupuncture clinic in Round Rock, Texas, for 8 years (Goodpoint Acupuncture) before joining Acupuncture Together. She loves the community-style clinic model as it allows her to support the healing of many while keeping treatments affordable. She has also worked at the Apple Wellness Center for 8 years. Allison decided to pursue a career in Chinese medicine after her chronic headaches were cured through Acupuncture treatments. She enjoys helping others regain their health using acupuncture, herbs, and food as medicine. As a former competitive swimmer, she has an interest in treating athletes and sports-related injuries. Having two young boys has led her to become passionate in the fields of pediatrics, women’s health, fertility, and pregnancy. Allison is so excited to be part of the Acupuncture Together team and is looking forward to meeting you!
FIRST VISIT – Initial Consultation & Treatment – Your first visit is an opportunity to discuss your health concerns, goals, and whether our approach is right for you. Together, we’ll review your history and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. First visits range from 20 to 60 minutes depending on case complexity and treatment. Please come ready for treatment, as most first visits include your initial session. Treatments may include any combination of acupuncture, electroacupuncture, manual therapy, nutritional or herbal counseling, and mind-body techniques—whatever best supports your healing process. If you’re unsure whether acupuncture or our approach is right for you, please call the clinic before booking so we can guide you. If no treatment is administered, the consultation fee is $90. Private treatments offer a chance to slow down, receive personalized care, and begin your healing journey. The time you book is your TABLE TIME. ARRIVAL TIME is 15 minutes prior.
