She is an integrative medicine practitioner whose work is guided by compassion, intuition, and a profound respect for the body’s innate ability to heal. At the heart of her practice is a simple belief: healing begins when people feel safe, deeply listened to, and truly cared for. Her approach weaves together Natural Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), World Medicine, and Energy Medicine, honoring both ancient wisdom and the lived experience of each individual she serves. With over 20 years of experience, she has walked alongside hundreds of people through their healing journeys—often during times of pain, uncertainty, or transition. She meets each person with gentleness and curiosity, creating space for the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of healing to unfold at their own pace. Her work is never about “fixing,” but about restoring balance, trust, and connection within the whole being. She is also an author and curriculum developer, creating educational and healing resources that empower people to better understand their bodies and their inner wisdom. As an educator at the International Medical Acupuncture Institute (IMAI), she teaches Acupuncture and Integrative Natural Medicine to doctors and healthcare practitioners, sharing knowledge not only from textbooks, but from years of heartfelt clinical practice. Teaching, for her, is an act of service and stewardship—passing forward traditions of care with humility and reverence. Her life’s work lives at the sacred intersection of Music and Medicine. Beyond her role as a healer, she is an artist and musician, educator, radio host, speaker, and humanitarian. She believes deeply in the healing power of sound, creativity, and presence, and she brings these elements into her work as gentle companions to medicine. Everything she offers is rooted in one intention: to help people feel whole, supported, and at home within themselves.
NEW PATIENTS - Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been used for thousands of years in China and has helped millions of people maintain wellness, balance and longevity. It is a natural form of treatment combining acupuncture, herbal medicine and tui'na therapeutic massage, which complements Western medicine. Herbal medicines come in a variety of forms such as dry and loose herbs, pills, powders, poultices, and tinctures. A safe and professional environment, using sterilized and disposable needles, with every treatment, ensures clean needle technique with the utmost care. During your first visit, a full medical history is taken, followed by the appropriate treatment plan, integrating TCM and other healing modalities. Traditional Chinese Medicine is a system that includes MSK conditions and the internal organs by way of meridians and channels balancing the immune system and flow of energy or life force — known as chi or qi (chee). It reduces stress and works on the body, mind, and spirit. TCM Acupuncture maintains and balances health, and relieves pain (physical, emotional, and psycho-spiritual).
