I have always been fascinated by the movement and resilience of the human body. For years, I knew I wanted a career where I could genuinely help others, but it wasn’t until I discovered massage therapy—first as a client, then as a student—that everything finally clicked. Through my own journey with chronic headaches and injuries sustained from sports and weightlifting, I gained a deep appreciation for how physical limitations can affect daily life and personal goals. These experiences have shaped not only my perspective but also my passion for supporting others on their path to recovery and wellness. I am proud to be a 2025 graduate with honours from Willis College’s Accelerated Massage Therapy Program and am incredibly excited to begin my career as an RMT. I’m committed to lifelong learning and plan to pursue ongoing education in the areas I’m most passionate about, including TMJ dysfunction, jaw tension, and headache-related conditions. This dedication allows me to continue offering effective, evidence-informed care tailored to each individual. My goal as a therapist is to create a focused and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered. Whether you’re managing stress, recovering from an injury, or working through chronic tension, I’m here to help you achieve your short- and long-term wellness goals. I feel grateful to be entering a profession that not only aligns with my own healing journey but also allows me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
