I’m Leyla (they/she) and I am a queer, mixed bodyworker, health educator, and space holder. I am so glad you’re here. I was born and raised in SF and grew up dancing and practicing yoga. I approach my work with grounded and meditative intention. In our session, I may utilize both Western and Eastern modalities, including deep tissue work, trigger point release, myofascial release, Thai massage, and shiatsu techniques. I will soon be starting a Master’s program in Chinese Traditional Medicine and Acupuncture, and I look forward to incorporate what I learn into my offerings. Together, we will get curious about the patterns your body holds, and ease into the fibers with purpose, presence, and care.
Leyla will draw from different modalities including deep tissue work, trigger point release, myofascial release, and Thai massage in order to customize each session to your needs.
