Im Nikki Moorehead, a licensed massage therapist, bodywork specialist, and the person behind every session at Knotti Kneads Massage + Stretch. Ive been in this profession for over 15 years . Ive worked in spa settings, physical therapy clinics, sports performance facilities, and alongside physicians and professional athletes. That foundation shaped everything about how I work systematically, intentionally, and always with your outcome in mind. I started Knotti Kneads as a mobile business in 2011 because I believed quality bodywork should meet you where you are. By 2016 the demand was real enough to open a studio and Ive been building it into something Im genuinely proud of ever since. I specialize in sports massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, assisted stretching and mobility work, cupping therapy, and TMJ massage . Im certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy, Neurokinetic Therapy, Applied Cupping Methods, and Thai Massage. I also hold an Associate of Science degree from Georgia State University. Every session here is built around you, your patterns, your goals, your nervous system, your life. Im not just here to work out knots.
