I was born and raised in LaSalle, Ontario. I have completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor (2018). I completed my Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University (2021). I am an evidence-based Physiotherapist who uses a patient-centered approach to care. I incorporate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and strength and conditioning to perform in-depth functional assessments and create individualized treatment plans. As part of the GPAR team, I am certified with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and K-motion swing analysis technology to provide objective biofeedback analysis. My goal is to establish an efficient golf swing for each individual based on their functional limitations and provide individualized treatment plans to improve quality of life and biomechanics for all physical activities.
