Navjeet is a Registered Physiotherapist at Prana Physiotherapy Surrey with a strong academic background and clinical experience in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Christian Medical College (CMC), Ludhiana, India, in 2014, followed by a Master’s degree in Neurology from Punjabi University, Patiala, in 2016. She brings approximately five years of physiotherapy experience from India and began practising as a registered physiotherapist in Canada in 2025. Navjeet has a special interest in neck and cervical spine conditions and has contributed to international publications related to cervical dysfunction. At our Surrey physiotherapy clinic, she works with patients experiencing conditions such as neck and back pain, sciatica, shoulder and knee injuries, sports injuries, TMJ/jaw pain, dizziness and vestibular conditions, and concussion-related concerns. Her treatment philosophy focuses on understanding each patient’s individual needs and developing a personalized rehabilitation plan to help reduce pain, restore mobility, improve strength and return to work, sports and everyday activities. Navjeet is passionate about helping people achieve meaningful functional goals and improve their overall quality of life. Patients appreciate her compassionate, professional and patient-centred approach to physiotherapy care. When she is not at the clinic, Navjeet enjoys staying active through nature walks and spending quality time with her family.
