My passion forbodywork and helping others began over 10 years ago. I became alicensed massagetherapist at Monterey Institute of Touch in Carmel, California. I more recently became specialized in Maya Abdominal massage, also known as Arvigo Therapy. My office is located near the beautiful Lake Merritt in Oakland, California. My goal is to share this work with individuals and help them with their reproductive and digestive needs. I also teach self care during my sessions as well as cupping and herbal treatments. Other modalities I practice include swedish, deep tissue, and prenatal massage.
