I have always been fascinated by the human body and after 15 years of helping clients through my practice I am still amazed by its capabilities. My career in Massage Therapy starting in 2008 nurtured that interest and my eagerness to help others heal and feel well in their bodies. In pursuit of developing more skills to attain these goals I was certified as a Manual Osteopathy Therapist in 2019. This training has expanded my knowledge and skillset as a manual therapist and provides endless opportunities to understand the body, thereby helping my clients reach their therapeutic goals. As a therapist nothing makes me happier than a client realizing the self-healing capabilities of their own body. My passion for healing and the human body makes me a lifelong learner with continued education in modalities such as Myofascial Techniques, Cranial Sacral, Visceral Manipulations and Osteoarticulations. But most importantly learning the anatomy and physiology of the many connections throughout the body and how they can contribute to different injuries or ailments. I also love to share my knowledge as an instructor at an Osteopathic college to students advancing their career.

Osteopathy

60 Minute Manual Osteopathic Treatment

Osteopathic Manual Therapy assesses all body systems to consider all factors that may be limiting the health of an individual. Movement is what creates and maintains health in a body; ensuring freedom of joints, body fluids, organs and the cranial system enables the body to function optimally. An osteopath uses gentle non-invasive techniques to restore mobility in these areas helping relieve pain, tension, stress, digestive issues, sleeplessness and much more. Treatments are done in loose comfortable clothing.
