Shoya is an active leader in the field of athletics and continues to strive to empower all ages of a wide demographic to succeed in their athletic goals. His passion for an active lifestyle and physical wellbeing inspired him to pursue his education at The University of British Columbia, majoring in the field of Neuro-Mechanical and Physiological Sciences within Kinesiology. Shoya has worked with a diverse demographic ranging from training elementary to highschool aged youths along with practicing rehabilitation sciences in long-term care homes. Shoya’s goals as a Kinesiologist is not only to aid in rehabilitation but to promote an active lifestyle to empower his clients in mental, social, psychological and physical well-being.
