Myofascial Release, Trigger point therapy, and active stretching is how he approaches most treatments but he utilizes many techniques learned in the WCCMT 3000 hour program. Adam, outside of work enjoys lifting weights at the gym, swimming laps at the pool, playing squash in the VDSL, and spending time walking his dog, Doug, around Vancouver. He has a passion for traveling and has been to many places in Asia, Europe, Central America, and North America.
