Hi, I’m Josh – a physiotherapist with a passion for helping people get back to doing what they love. Whether you’re training for your next race or simply want to move more comfortably day to day, I work with you to create a personalized plan that fits your goals. I have a special interest in working with triathletes, runners , cyclists , and active older adults — and I believe that no matter your age or ability, movement should feel good and support the life you want to live. My journey into physiotherapy started as an athlete myself — after spending plenty of time in the clinic recovering from injuries, I saw firsthand how powerful good rehab can be. Now, I get to pay that forward every day by helping others move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most to them. I completed my Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. Along the way, I worked as a strength and conditioning coach for varsity athletes, spent time in a low back research lab, and completed a Sport Physiotherapy Fellowship at the University of Guelph — all of which shaped the way I approach rehab today. In the clinic, I take a collaborative, education-first approach. That means I don’t just treat symptoms — I make sure you understand your injury and feel confident in your recovery. I combine hands-on therapy with targeted exercise to help you build strength, resilience, and independence. Outside of the clinic, you’ll likely find me running, cycling or swimming as I prepare to complete in my next endurance sport or Ironman event!
