Massage
This therapeutic, hands-on full-body treatment combines traditional acupressure techniques with Tuina massage to support both pain relief and deep relaxation. By targeting specific pressure points and muscle groups, it helps release tension, improve circulation, and restore balance throughout the body. Ideal for those experiencing muscle stiffness, stress, or chronic discomfort, this session promotes overall wellness while leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Acupuncture
Facial acupuncture is a non-invasive procedure that involves inserting thin, sterile needles into specific points on the face, neck, and sometimes other areas of the body to address skin concerns by stimulating the body's natural healing processes. This controlled microtrauma improves the skins appearance by encouraging blood flow, collagen and elastin production, which can help reduce acne, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, fine lines, and, other signs of aging. Simultaneously in this treatment, traditional acupuncture is performed to address other health concers you may have such as stress, anxiety, digestive issues, sleep disturbances, headaches or muscular pain to name a few.
