Claira is one of our Osteopathic Manual Practitioners at Elysis. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and recently completed her Master of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc.) at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Passionate about all aspects of health and wellness, Claira has been involved in athletics for most of her life and understands firsthand the physical demands that daily life and sport can place on the body. Her journey into osteopathy began after experiencing a debilitating low back injury, but it was the transformative care she received following two severe concussions that truly inspired her to pursue the profession. Claira is dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health through a holistic and preventative approach to care. Her goal is to support patients in restoring balance, enhancing performance, and getting back to living life at their best.
