Registered Physiotherapist She/Her Before transitioning into healthcare, I was an international professional alpine ski racer from Canada. I went on to compete as an All-American collegiate NCAA athlete and worked as an elite-level alpine ski coach while completing my academic degrees. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Montana State University before graduating with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. I began my physical therapy career in Missoula at a concussion-focused clinic, where I developed a strong interest in concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation. I enjoy helping patients recover from dizziness, balance difficulties, visual symptoms, headaches, and other challenges following concussion, with the goal of helping them safely return to work, sport, exercise, and everyday activities. I treat a diverse range of conditions, with dedicated experience in: - Sports rehabilitation and orthopedic injuries - Pelvic health, postpartum, and women’s health - Vestibular therapy - Concussion management - Lymphedema management and oncology care I have a particular interest in postpartum and women’s health, helping women navigate the physical changes that occur during pregnancy and after childbirth. I work with patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic or low back pain, core weakness, urinary symptoms, and challenges returning to exercise and activities. My goal is to help women better understand their bodies, rebuild strength and confidence, and return to the activities that matter most to them. In my lymphedema and oncology practice, I help individuals manage swelling, mobility changes, and other physical challenges related to cancer treatment while developing practical strategies to support comfort, independence, and quality of life. My treatment approach is centred on patient empowerment, individualized care, and restoring strength and function. I enjoy working with everyone from athletes and active individuals to those managing chronic pain or returning to everyday activities. Outside the clinic, you can find me skiing, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, horseback riding, or exploring local trails.
