Shara Cortel , RMT , graduated from the Lethbridge College of Massage Therapy Program in 2023 that is accredited by the CANADIAN MASSAGE THERAPY COUNCIL FOR ACCREDITATION , and completed the 2,200-hour of both theory and practice that meets provincial and national Standards. Shara has always had a passion for helping people, and is successful in treating stress related concerns, injuries, acute with Chronic Pains with varied techniques, from deep tissue therapy to relaxation techniques. She has more than 10 years experience in massage from Philippines as well as becoming a Licensed Massage therapist in CANADA. Shara is also a graduate of administrative office, Level II child care worker and a Bachelor Degree holder in Psychology. Besides Massage Therapy, Shara enjoys nature, hiking and Spends most of her time with her husband Ryan, and daughter Yasha as well as the member of Jesus is Lord Church, Lethbridge Family.
