I graduated from Spa Tech Institute in January 2020, and began my massage therapy career at Elements Massage later that year. I have found my passion in helping people manage pain, improve mobility, and feel more at ease in their bodies. I have always wanted to work in a field where I could make a real difference. Before becoming a massage therapist, I volunteered for 3 1/2 years with my local EMS department, and was honored with the Presidential Award for logging the most volunteer hours in the state of Maine. I also worked as a home health aide, where I discovered how deeply I cared about helping others live safely and comfortably. Over time, I realized that massage therapy was the perfect way to combine my desire to serve with my natural ability to ease pain and tension. I specifically love working on necks and shoulders since those areas hold so much stress from daily life and physical activity. I use techniques that help the body release tension on its own - often by working with the body's natural range of motion. I especially love working with emergency personnel, construction workers, nurses, and mechanics Outside of work, I am always up to something active or creative! My hobbies range from snowboarding and building projects to crocheting in a tree or working on my Jeep. I like to keep life interesting and hands-on.

Looking to relax, unwind, and let go of stress? A Swedish massage is the perfect place start. This classic massage style uses long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and soothing circular movements to help ease muscle tension and improve circulation. It is designed to relax the entire body and calm the mind. for a more immersive experience, go for longer sessions!
