Janson Lai grew up in Taiwan. He is a second-generation traditional Chinese medical practitioner. He started out watching his father treating people when he was twelve years of age and has carried the values of those ancient healing practices with him today. Janson obtained his diploma of Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2003 and has been a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist since 2005. While predominantly practicing here in Canada, Janson has continued his education in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the United States. His treatments have been extremely successful in treating sports injuries, musculo-skeletal and neurological disorders, mental-emotional issues, internal disease, and reproductive issues. Janson firmly believes that optimum health is about balance: balancing one’s life and balancing one’s body. He also believes in the importance of collaboration to achieve optimal health and wellness, including working with other practitioners to develop custom treatment plans. Janson speaks fluent Mandarin and has a working knowledge of Cantonese.
