Truly Therapeutic
20 Kimball Ave, Suite 107, South Burlington, VT, 05403
My journey into massage therapy began after receiving my first massage in 2010. I was amazed by how therapeutic touch could impact both the body and mind. That experience inspired me to enroll in the massage therapy program at Community College of Vermont and O'Brien's Aveda Institute in South Burlington, where I graduated in 2011. More than 15 years later, my passion for this work continues to grow. My work has become deeply personal, intentional, and focused on calming the nervous system, reducing the effects of chronic stress and helping the body move toward a more balanced state. I believe that when we feel safe, supported, and truly cared for, our bodies are better able to heal. Throughout my career, I've continued to seek advanced training that allows me to better serve my clients. In 2025, I traveled to Hawaiʻi to study Lomi Lomi, deepening my understanding of this beautiful, flowing style of bodywork and its philosophy of whole-person healing. I later completed an Advanced Temple-Style Lomi Lomi training in Brookfield, Vermont, further refining these techniques and integrating them into my practice. I have also expanded my work through Phenomenal Touch Massage, a unique three-dimensional form of massage that gracefully moves the body as if in water. Together, these techniques, along with deep tissue therapy, massage cupping, hot stone therapy, and therapeutic massage, allow me to customize every session to meet your individual needs. One of the greatest privileges of my work is building lasting relationships with my clients. I value getting to know the whole person—not just the pain that brought them to my table. I've developed a special passion for supporting women through the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause. These transitions deserve compassionate care, thoughtful listening, and treatments that help calm the body and restore balance. Every session is tailored specifically to you. Some clients enjoy conversation, while others prefer complete silence. I'm equally happy to chat, listen, or simply hold space while you relax. My priority is that you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to your body than when you arrived. When I'm not in the treatment room, you'll usually find me spending time with my fur baby, Tony, exploring the outdoors, checking out a new local eatery, enjoying live music, or embracing my newest adventure—learning to roller skate!
Smooth stones are heated and used all over the body. The therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
