Tara believes that the best results come from a collaborative approach to care ensuring patients receive comprehensive, well-rounded treatment. She enjoys working with patients to identify the root cause of their discomfort and develop treatment plans that help them achieve their goals. Tara has a particular interest in using focused, therapeutic techniques to address muscle tension, trigger points, and chronic areas of tightness. She values patient feedback throughout treatment and is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and return to the activities they enjoy most. Tara graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) and has been practicing massage therapy since 2023. She provides evidence-informed care tailored to each patient’s individual needs and treatment goals. Her clinical focus includes treating muscle tension, postural dysfunction, sports-related concerns, and everyday aches and pains. Tara incorporates a variety of therapeutic massage techniques and works closely with patients to create personalized treatment plans that support both recovery and long-term wellness. She enjoys collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure patients achieve their desired outcomes. Outside of massage therapy, Tara enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends. She plays soccer, enjoys singing and playing piano, and loves exploring new recipes in the kitchen. She is also an avid dog lover and spends much of her free time with her Golden Retriever, Storm. Tara’s passion for health, movement, and helping others extends beyond her professional life and influences the caring, personable approach she brings to her everyday life.
