Born and raised in Switzerland, Gwen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2016 before moving to Québec in 2020 and eventually settling in Alberta. She is bilingual, fluent in both French and English. Gwen’s clinical interests include orthopedic/MSK and sports rehabilitation, return-to-sport and strength-based rehabilitation. She is certified in Functional Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training and has completed additional continuing education in movement assessment and sports performance, including Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional Movement Systems (FMS), and upper-extremity rehabilitation for athletes. With 10+ years of experience, Gwen believes rehabilitation should be active, individualized, and focused on each person’s goals. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, returning to sport, or looking to move better and feel stronger, Gwen’s goal is to help you get there. Gwen has been part of the CrossFit community for over eight years. In 2025, she achieved a significant milestone by earning her CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CF-L3) certification, reflecting her passion for movement, strength training, and lifelong learning. Outside the clinic, you’ll find Gwen in the mountains hiking, skiing, skating, or exploring the outdoors whenever she can.
