Caitlin grew up in Ontario and Quebec, graduating from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelors of Science with specialization in Human Kinetics. Spending her summers in British Columbia inspired her to pursue the Registered Massage Therapy program at Camosun College. During her university years, she was a member of the varsity swim team, and after retiring from sport she spent five seasons tree planting in both Ontario and British Columbia. Her experiences in sport and silviculture exposed her to numerous injuries, which sparked her interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation and ultimately led her to a career in massage therapy. Caitlin uses a collaborative treatment approach that emphasizes patient-centered care, supporting her clients in achieving their goals. She uses a combination of techniques, including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, and both passive and active stretching.
