Tara has been a massage therapist for over 25 years, graduating in 1994 from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy and is a member of the AMTA. Tara is continually learning new techniques and ways to help the progress of client's conditions. Each session is tailored to fit the client's personal needs and will work with you to manage pain, recover from injury or deal with life's stresses. Tara uses different modalities such as deep tissue, Trigger point therapy, myofacial release, stretching and Swedish.
