A recent grad from CMCC, Dr Congdon worked previously as a paramedic. Dr Congdon has played rugby for the last 17 years at Mississauga Blues, Rugby Ontario senior women’s, Western University, & Humber. She also plays flag football, volleyball, enjoys snowboarding, & hiking. Lauren also is an active coach, and has experience working with young athletes, as well as treating and managing concussions. She enjoys being around sporting environments whether playing, coaching, or cheering and have turned that into a passion for working with athletes and active populations!
