I am a registered massage therapist with a background as a former competitive dancer, which shaped my understanding of how movement, injury, and recovery are deeply connected. I have advanced training in jaw (TMJ) dysfunction, and I am certified in prenatal massage. I also offer laser therapy as a certified laser therapist to support tissue healing, pain reduction, and recovery when appropriate. I work to identify underlying patterns such as muscle imbalances, postural changes, and movement dysfunctions that contribute to pain and tension cycles. From there, I create individualized treatment plans to support each client’s specific needs and goals. Influenced by my background in dance and my passion for movement and exercise, I believe that movement is often a powerful tool in supporting recovery, reducing pain, and improving long-term function. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time in the mountains hiking, backpacking, paddle boarding, snowboarding, and camping, as well as time with my partner and dog.
